According to the formal statement, "An unusual confrontation draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where hints of prohibited ceremonies and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the shadows." The plot introduces a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a hidden cult.
